The rental time according to the itineraries proposed on the Canal de l’Ourcq:
- 2 hours’ boat stroll in Paris navigating up to the Pantin Flour Mill.
- Half a day boat stroll navigating up to the Bergère Park (maybe with a picnic!).
- Full day length boat stroll to sail up to the Sevran lock.
No row boats in the middle of Paris, upon the Canal de l’Ourcq, but instead you can find electric self-drive boats. It is much more comfortable than on the Bois de Boulogne’s lake and above all you will get access to a 40 kilometres cruise! Both Bois de Vincennes and Bois de Boulogne lakes’ small row boats will exert yourself as you paddle! Here is no paddling but instead just an electric and silent engine! What a pleasure!
You will no longer paddle to learn how to drive your own ship: handling it will be as simple as child’s play.
